4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts

4.4 Fees and Charges
hm999 generally does not impose any processing charges on deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or mobile financial service (MFS) provider may apply their own charges, for which the user is solely responsible.
5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
hm999 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The following terms apply to receive this bonus:
- To withdraw the bonus amount, a minimum wagering of 10 times (10x) the total bonus must be completed.
- The welcome bonus is provided only once per account.
- If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified time after receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
5.2 General Terms for Promotional Offers

hm999 has four VIP tiers, and weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
- Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
- Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.1%.
- Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.5%.
Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your activity and participation on the platform.
6 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities
hm999 is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited, and if such activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately:
- Operating games using any software, bots, or automated systems.
- Opening multiple accounts to collect bonuses or benefits ("multi-accounting").
